What is our liver?
The liver is the biggest of all glands of a human body, it lies under a diaphragm in the right podreberye.
On the lower surface of a liver are liver gate, the place of occurrence of nerves and blood vessels and an exit of a bilious channel; a channel of a liver, extending, forms a gall bladder; further merges with a channel of a pancreas and opens the general opening in a duodenum. Except arterial blood, the liver receives blood of a vorotny vein. Capillaries of hepatic arteries and a vorotny vein form network from which there are branches of hepatic veins carrying blue blood from a liver.
the Product of activity of a liver is bile. The liver neutralizes the poisonous products of disintegration of proteins arriving on a vorotny vein from intestines and saves up nutrients which either are consumed on the place or come to blood. The liver is dressed by the connecting fabric forming around it a fibrous cover (the glissonovsky capsule). Substance of a liver consists of hepatic round or many-sided cells. Bilious capillary channels present twisting channels; they are going to interbladed bilious canals (from cubic cages of the same kind); the last, connecting, give a hepatic channel.
