How to prepare legs veal fried?
The following ingredients will be necessary for you for preparation of this dish:
Veal legs – four pieces;
Egg – two pieces;
Crackers – one glass;
Carrots – one piece;
a parsley Root – one;
Onions – one head;
Sunflower oil – three – four tablespoons;
Salt – to taste;
Pepper – to taste.
1. Scald veal legs, clean from wool, rub with flour and scorch to remove the remained hairs. After that wash out legs, cut lengthways on two parts, separate meat from bones.
