What is a grinding?
The grinding is a process of receiving flour from grain on a mill.
Distinguish idle time, or a soft grinding at which all grain is crushed at once; the grain cover as more elastic part it does not give in to such crushing as grain, and easily is eliminated from flour (small bran). Firm grades of wheat before a final grinding in flour subject to a preliminary, or grainy grinding at which grain breaks up into the large particles (krupka) arriving on a sieve (rasseva) of different density. Here a small amount of flour, then a krupk of the different sizes and, at last, larger particles, a so-called lathing, torn grain which is exposed to a new grinding separate, and the received product is exposed to sifting again.
this Operation repeats several times.
